Updating the database system

The web server has been successfully restored. The issue was caused by the status monitoring system failing to receive a complete response from the API, resulting in a status display error.

To improve portability, scalability, and ease of maintenance, the existing system has been successfully migrated to run within Docker containers. This migration includes containerizing all core components of the application, such as the web server, database, background jobs, and supporting services.
